Detailed Job Description For IndiaMART HR Recruitment 2021:
- Candidates must have experience in Sourcing from Job portals like Naukri, Shine, Linkedin etc
- Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates .
- Should be able to manage complete candidate life cycle i.e. Screening to on boarding
- Conducting Interviews and maintaining track of each candidate.
Skills Required For IndiaMART HR Recruitment 2021:
Desired Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience on Job Portals preferred.
- Experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter preferred)
Experience:
- 1- Must be a Graduate/MBA (Preferred)
- 2- Laptop is mandatory
- 3- Internet Connection is mandatory
- 4- Day Job (Working hrs. 9am to 6pm)
